The Instructional Swim* program is for individuals who have a physical or visual disability who are new to swimming. Athletes will be assigned one-on-one to a volunteer swim instructor. Floatation devices will not be used in the teaching progression.

Tuesdays: 

5:45pm-6:30pm (Instructional, ages 5-17)

6:30pm-7:15pm (Instructional, ages 5-17)

4:00-4:45pm and 5:00-5:45pm (instructional, ages 5-17)
