Internship
GLASA’s internship programs provide career development opportunities for students majoring in Therapeutic Recreation, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Adaptive Sports, Sports Psychology, Nonprofit Management, Development, Marketing and more. Interns can be currently enrolled in a college, be a recent college graduate or be an experienced professional looking to gain exposure to a new career or field. Intern positions vary from part-time (as little as 10 hours/week) up to full time positions for the entire season.

GLASA is seeking a Program Manager looking for a career in adaptive sports programming. The Program Manager will ensure GLASA’s adaptive recreation and Paralympic sports programs, and wellness activities are of the utmost quality and value to athletes who have a physical or visual disability.
- Plan, implement and evaluate GLASA’s adaptive sports, recreation and wellness activities including weekly programs, injured military programming, clinics, and competitions. Larger programs may have shared responsibility with another Program staff member.
- Ensure quality delivery of the program objectives
- Provide on-going communication with staff members, athletes and family members creating an excellent experience
- Work with Program Operations Manager to coordinate facility needs, registration, membership and waivers and any other operational needs to support program. Provide Operations manager with information for team and individual travel for GLASA teams and athletes for programs and tournaments

Administrative Assistant
GLASA is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis to assit with the following tasks:
- Answer office phone and direct calls to appropriate person
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Sort and distribute mail
- Be present when vendors are in the office
- Keep the office tidy
- Contact landlord for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain supply closet and order supplies as needed
- Assist with onboarding new hires and interns
