DESCRIPTION:The Instructional Swim program is for individuals who have a physical or visual disability who are new to swimming. Athletes will be assigned one-on-one to a volunteer swim instructor. Floatation devices will not be used in the teaching progression. \nTuesdays: Various Locations \nOctober 17\, 2023 thru December 19\, 2023 \n5:45pm-6:30pm (Instructional\, ages 5-17) – 4 lanes per session \n6:45pm-7:30pm (Instructional\, ages 5-17) – 4 lanes per session \nAlso offered on Sundays: Lake Forest Academy 1500 Kennedy Rd. Lake Forest\, IL 60045 \nSeptember 24\, 2023 thru December 17\, 2023 (except 10/29\, 11/26) \n4:00-4:45 and 5:00-5:45 (instructional\, ages 5-17) – 6 lanes per session
