DESCRIPTION:GLASA provides a continuum of coaching for both ambulatory and wheelchair track and field from the beginner to elite level athlete. Being part of Team GLASA provides access to equipment\, cross-training\, dedicated coaches with Paralympic experience\, logistical assistance\, individual goal setting\, and a schedule of competitions based on the caliber of the athlete. \n\n\n\n\nYouth\, Teen & Adult – Ambulatory and Wheelchair \nPractices are held on Sunday afternoons in Lake Forest\, exact time varies by each event.
