Teen and Adult Weightlifting Print

5:30pm - 7:00pm Thursday of each week

Coaching will be provided for power lifting and weight training to improve your overall strength.

Where:  Beyond the Edge Hot Shots Ice Arena's Weight and Conditioning Room, 29860 Skokie Highway, Lake Bluff IL 

(Located on the west side of Rt 41, one mile north of Rt 176)  

Fee: $75 (Free for Injured Military)
