1:00pm - 3:00pm Monday, - week 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 every month

Adults are welcome to come in and use rollers for your track or everyday sports chair.

Where:  Beyond the Edge, Hot Shots Ice Arena's Weight and Conditioning Room, 298660 Skokie Highway, Lake Bluff IL 

(Located on the west side of Rt 41, one mile north of Rt 176)

Fee:  $125 (Free for Injured Military)
